WebHi everyone, I am 26, 4’11, 25% body fat, 116 lbs, and I’m trying to build more muscle and lean out a bit. I’m also a type 1 diabetic. I’m pretty controlled (a1c is 6.2) but I think it’s why I don’t eat a lot. My maintenance calorie goal is 1770 with protein being ~100-130g per day.
