WebIf so, Citrix Workspace has nothing to do with that RDP file you get. Updating it won't do anything to help the situation. Your IT Team can pre-configure some of the settings of that RDP file but it's quite limited. I'd say check for Windows updates or start googling for issues that occur specifically with RDP like this.
